Our featured experts

Ágnes Csizmadia
On the Hungarian side, we are proud to collaborate with Dr. Ágnes Csizmadia, a deeply experienced ayurvedic specialist and the driving force behind the Aryan Természetgyógyász Oktató-és Egészségnevelő Központ. With a rich background in psychology, teaching, reflexology, and acupuncture, Dr. Csizmadia’s journey into Ayurveda was sparked by a powerful blend of personal passion and professional inquiry. She studied Ayurvedic Philosophy and Clinical Ayurveda in India and later added yoga therapy education in Hungary, bringing a truly global and integrative perspective to her work.
As the director of Aryan and a senior instructor, she has developed a unique training model: her courses run from foundational ayurvedic education to advanced therapeutic training. She also leads a 12-month Ayurveda Mentoring Program, guiding experienced consultants and therapists through profound personal and professional growth, all grounded in ayurvedic wisdom.
As a consultant within the Hungarian Ayurveda Medical Foundation, Dr. Csizmadia offers personalized ayurvedic therapies tailored to the individual — using detox methods (like Panchakarma), diet, yoga, and meditation to restore balance and support long-term wellness.

Prof. Suresh Swarnapuri
At the heart of our partnership lies Prof. Dr. Suresh Swarnapuri, an internationally renowned ayurvedic physician and educator who serves as the Director of the Europe Ayurveda Academy (EAA). Based in France, EAA brings together the timeless wisdom of classical ayurvedic texts with modern scientific rigor.
Dr. Swarnapuri holds a BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) degree and an M.D. in Ayurveda, and has decades of experience working in both India and Europe. He is deeply committed to teaching – not just theory, but hands-on, practical knowledge in diagnostic techniques such as pulse reading (nadi pareeksha), Panchakarma detoxification, and holistic lifestyle therapy.
Through his leadership at EAA, he has made Ayurveda accessible across Europe, organizing hybrid courses (online + in-person), clinical training, and immersive workshops. His work bridges continents, helping students in Hungary and beyond connect with authentic, high-quality ayurvedic education.

Harsha Gramminger
Dr. Harsha Gramminger is a respected physician, ayurvedic expert, speaker, and educator, widely recognized across Europe for her work in the fields of integrative medicine and holistic health promotion. She currently serves as the President of the European Ayurveda Association (EUAA), where she provides strategic leadership in supporting the integration of authentic Ayurveda into European healthcare and wellness systems.
Originally trained as a medical doctor in Germany, she combines the knowledge of modern Western medicine with the ancient, thousands-year-old traditions of Indian Ayurveda in her work. Her mission is to ensure that Ayurveda does not remain a niche alternative approach, but becomes a natural part of everyday life—from early childhood to old age, from workplace settings to hospital care.
Dr. Gramminger’s work spans several key areas:
- She develops and leads executive and corporate health programs that integrate ayurvedic principles to support the creation of healthy, sustainable workplace cultures (for example, within the framework of the VITAL LEADERSHIP concept).
- She is a dedicated educator and mentor, conducting seminars, workshops, and training programs across Europe for therapists, physicians, and wellness professionals.
- She is an advocate of an integrative approach in which Ayurveda and Western medicine work in cooperation—such as in hospital settings, clinical retreats, and lifestyle medicine programs.
Within the professional network of the Hungarian Ayurveda Medical Foundation, Dr. Gramminger contributes through her extensive European connections, training and implementation experience, and forward-looking perspective. Her involvement strengthens the foundation’s international collaborations and supports the development of students, professionals, and institutions committed to high professional standards and authentic ayurvedic knowledge.
